Hi,
is it possible to Add/Replace/Delete watermarks in Word and PDF documents using Extension Kit? The goal is to have one document watermarked as DRAFT during preparation phase. The watermark is replaced to VALID when the same document is approved, and finaly EXPIRED when it is out of validity.

Hi @petrk,
In the Extension Kit Core documentation, under the Use Cases section, you can find a scenario that closely matches yours:
Use Cases - Extension Kit for M-Files | Unitfly
The Document Processing module allows you to efficiently add or remove watermarks Please note, however, that it only works with PDF files. When the Add Watermark state action is called on a Word document, the file is automatically converted to PDF before the watermark is applied. This means it’s not possible to add a watermark directly to a Word document and then continue editing it in Word.
