Hi,
When the DOCX file is converted to PDF using the Action = ConvertToPdf in DocumentProcessing module, then the PDF file contain all comments and marked changes from DOCX file.
The M-Files PDF Processor extracts these comments and PDF file contain final version without comments.
Is it possible to create PDF using Extension Kit without comments?

Hi @petrk,
At the moment, the ConvertToPDF state function does not support removing comments or disabling the track changes feature before converting a document to PDF. However, I have created a User Story to add this capability in the future.
Since the list of planned features is quite long, I can’t provide an exact timeline, but I will let you know as soon as it is added to our roadmap.
