EK Core - Data Transfer
I would like to use the EK Core data transfer to export data via SFTP. During configuration, I received a message stating that I need the System Administrator role. As I am on a standard M-Files Cloud account, how can I implement this?
Should I create a ticket for the M-Files support team, or do you have any other suggestions?

Hi,
Sorry for the delayed response.
For entering any protected data, such as passwords, HTTP endpoints, or similar configuration values, you will need to contact M-Files. For Cloud solutions, M-Files holds the system administrator role for all cloud vaults and is therefore responsible for managing these settings.
