Configuration options when Action is Encrypt file #
If the selected action is EncryptFile, the following configuration sections are available:
Encryption #
State Actions > State Action [1] > Action: EncryptFile> Configuration > Encryption
Within this section, the following fields are available: Encryption type and Password.
Encryption type #
State Actions > State Action [1] > Action: EncryptFile> Configuration > Encryption > Encryption type
Specifies the encryption algorithm used to secure the file. Determines the strength and type of encryption applied during the encryption process.
- AESx128 (default)
- RC4x40
- RC4x128
- AESx256
Password #
State Actions > State Action [1] > Action: EncryptFile> Configuration > Encryption > Password
Password used to encrypt the file and restrict access to its contents.
Configuration options when Action is Decrypt file #
If the selected action is DecryptFile, the following configuration sections are available:
Decryption #
State Actions > State Action [1] > Action: EncryptFile> Configuration > Decryption
Within this section, the Password field is available.
Password #
State Actions > State Action [1] > Action: EncryptFile> Configuration > Decryption > Password
Password required to decrypt the file and restore access to its contents.
