The Calendar section allows users to configure calendar environments used in the Extended Auto Properties rules. Define non-working days once and reuse them across multiple rules.

1. Expand the Calendar section.
2. Click on Add Calendar environment.
3. Expand Calendar environment [1].

The following fields are available by default:

• Alias
• Non-working days

Non-working days #

Calendar environment > Non-working days

Define non-working days used in the environment. To configure non-working days:

1. Expand the Non-working days section.
2. Click on Add Non-working day.
3. Expand Non-working day [1].

Occurrence #

Calendar environment > Non-working days > Occurrence

Specifies how often the non-working day occurs. Depending on the selected occurrence, additional date configuration becomes available.

• Weekly: Define a fixed weekday (e.g., every Monday) in the Weekday field.
• Monthly: Recurring day each month, defined statically or retrieved from the vault.
• Yearly: Recurring day each year, defined statically or retrieved from the vault.
• Once: Single non-working day, defined statically or retrieved from the vault.
• Holiday: Use public holidays based on a selected country.

Type #

Calendar environment > Non-working days > Date > Type

Displayed when Occurrence is Monthly/Yearly/Once.

Specifies how the non-working date is defined.

• Static (default): The date is manually configured in the rule.
• FromVault: The date is retrieved from an object in the vault based on search conditions.

Options based on Occurrence: #

If Occurrence: Weekly, the following is available:

• Weekday: Select the day of the week (e.g., Monday).

If Occurrence: Monthly and Type = Static, the following is available:

• Type: Choose how the date is defined:
  • SpecificDate: Select a fixed day of the month (default: 1).
  • SpecificWeekday: Choose a specific weekday and week of the month (e.g., second Tuesday).

If Occurrence: Yearly and Type = Static, the following is available:

• Month – Select the month (default: January).
• Day – Select the day of the month (default: 1).

If Occurrence: Once and Type = Static, the following is available:

• Date – Define the exact one-time date.

If Occurrence: Monthly/Yearly/Once and Type = FromVault, the following is available:

• Search conditions: Define how to locate relevant objects.
• Date property: Select the property on the object that holds the date.

If Occurrence: Holiday, the following is available:

• Country: Choose the country whose public holidays will be used: GB (default), HR, SL, PL.
• Use all holidays
  • Yes (default): All national holidays are included.
  • No: Select from a list of holidays.
