Configuration options when Action is AddWatermark #
If the selected action is AddWatermark, the following configuration options will be available:
- Filename Wildcards (placeholderText)
- Remove Any Existing Watermark or Signature
- Watermarks
Remove any existing watermark or signature #
State Actions > State Action [1] > Action: AddWatermark / AddSignature > Configuration > Remove any existing watermark or signature
Displayed only when the selected action is AddWatermark or AddSignature.
Determines whether any existing watermark or signature previously added to the document will be removed before adding a watermark or signature specified in this state.
- No (default): Existing watermarks or signatures will remain on the document.
- Yes: Existing watermarks or signatures will be removed from the document before applying the new watermark or signature.

Displayed only when Action is AddWatermark.
- Expand Watermarks.
- Click on Add Watermark.

Text #

Displayed only when Action is AddWatermark or AddSignature.
Specifies text that will be added as a watermark or a signature. This text can be static (e.g. John Doe), but it can also contain property values from the source object (e.g. {Document Reviewers Approvements}).
On pages / Add to pages #
State Actions > State Action [1] > Action: AddWatermark / AddSignature / AddBarcode > Configuration > Watermarks / Signatures / Barcodes > Watermark [1] / Signature [1] / Barcode [1] > On pages / Add to pages
Displayed only when Action is AddWatermark, AddSignature or AddBarcode.
Specifies the pages the watermark, signature or barcode will be added to. Select one of the following options:
- All: The watermark, signature or barcode will be added to every page of the document. This is the default option for watermarks.
- Even: The watermark, signature or barcode will be added to all even-numbered pages.
- Odd: The watermark, signature or barcode will be added to all odd-numbered pages.
- First: The watermark, signature or barcode will be added only to the first page.
- Last: The watermark, signature or barcode will be added only to the last page. This is the default option for signatures and barcodes.
Color #
State Actions > State Action [1] > Action: AddWatermark / AddSignature > Configuration > Watermarks / Signatures > Watermark [1] / Signature [1] > Color
Displayed only when Action is AddWatermark or AddSignature.
This is a color picker for specifying the color of watermark or signature text. By default, the color is set to black.
Color opacity / Opacity #
State Actions > State Action [1] > Action: AddWatermark / AddSignature > Configuration > Watermarks / Signatures > Watermark [1] / Signature [1] > Color opacity / Opacity
Displayed only when Action is AddWatermark or AddSignature.
Specifies the opacity value for the watermark or signature. Enter an integer between 0 and 100. Setting this value to 100 will render non-transparent text, and 0 will result in transparent text. By default, the watermark color opacity is set to 50, and the signature opacity is set to 100.
Size #
State Actions > State Action [1] > Action: AddWatermark / AddSignature > Configuration > Watermarks / Signatures > Watermark [1] / Signature [1] > Size
Displayed only when Action is AddWatermark or AddSignature.
Specifies the font size for the watermark or signature text. By default, the font size for the watermark is set to 100, and the font size for the signature is set to 12.
Configuration options when Action is RemoveWatermark #
