Document AI service #

Select the Document AI service to use. If no services are offered as an option, it means you don’t have AI services enabled in your license. Selecting Microsoft Foundry displays Microsoft Foundry AI actions, while selecting Azure Document Intelligence displays Azure Document AI actions.

Source filename wildcards #

Filename wildcards used to select files from object on which action will be executed.

OCR languages #

Languages used by OCR when the processed document is a scanned image or a PDF without a text layer. Add multiple languages if the document contains text in more than one language. Leave empty to use the default (English).

Note: only applies when the document requires OCR — documents with a selectable text layer are read directly.

Property error handling behavior #

Defines how errors in setting properties are handled

• Stop (default): If there is error in updating one property, no properties will be updated.
• Continue: If there is error in updating one property, others will be updated.
